Allison Strathmeyer

Allison Strathmeyer serves as the Executive Director of Day Supports, overseeing the development, operations, and day-to-day functions of Shadowfax's day program and employment services. In this role, she is committed to ensuring the safety, happiness, and growth opportunities of the individuals served while fostering a supportive and engaging environment.

Allison began her journey with Shadowfax in 2012 and has grown through multiple leadership roles within the organization. She previously served as a Program Specialist, Associate Director of Day Supports, and Senior Associate Director of Day Supports before advancing to her current position. Her career path reflects exceptional dedication, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to Shadowfax’s mission, vision, and values.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University and began her professional career as a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS). Outside of work, Allison enjoys hiking, traveling, attending concerts, and going to the movies.
