Amanda Glatfelter

Amanda Glatfelter is a quality and compliance professional dedicated to improving the quality of services and supports for individuals.

Her career began in 2013 at a local nonprofit organization, where she served as a Direct Support Professional and Program Supervisor. Amanda joined Shadowfax in 2018 as an Incident Management Coordinator and has since advanced to Director of Quality and Compliance in 2021.

Amanda is passionate about person-centered practices and believes quality management plays an important role in helping organizations provide effective, high-quality services.

A York County native, Amanda enjoys spending her free time fishing, traveling, completing puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
