Chawna Griffith-Myers

Chawna Griffith-Myers serves as the Director of Development and Community Engagement. Chawna is committed to advancing Shadowfax's mission by building meaningful relationships, expanding community partnerships, and creating new opportunities for the individuals we serve to have access, equity, and opportunities to thrive.

Chawna joins Shadowfax with experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, coalition building, program development and strategic storytelling. She has worked closely with community partners, service providers, state and local leaders, and individuals navigating complex systems to create collaborative, person-centered solutions. Her leadership is rooted in dignity, trust, and the belief that strong partnerships can transform possibility into lasting impact.

In her role at Shadowfax, Chawna supports fund development, donor engagement, community engagement, campaign strategy, and relationship building efforts that elevate the organization's impact.

A native of Brooklyn, NY, Chawna has emerged as a York County community leader whose work is grounded in service and social advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
